GF Signet 2551            Magmeter

The GF Signet 2551 Magmeter is an insertion style magnetic flow sensor without any moving parts. All versions of the 2551 are constructed of corrosion-resistant materials to provide long-term reliability with minimal maintenance costs. Utilizing the comprehensive line of GF Signet installation fittings, sensor alignment and insertion depth of the 2551 is automatic.

GF Signet 4630 Chlorine Analyzer System

The GF Signet 4630 chlorine analyzer system is an integrated all-in-one system designed to measure free chlorine. The 3-4630 chlorine panel with pH sensor is used to accurately calculate free chlorine in applications that have varying pH values (±0.20 pH units). The advanced 9950-3 Chlorine Controller includes a new feature called the "Chemical Guard" relay control. Because free chlorine concentration is pH dependent, the Chemical Guard feature interrupts/disables the relay that is assigned to the oxidant chemical until the pH of the application is corrected.


Georg Fischer Type 563 Aqua Butterfly Valve

The Georg Fischer Type 563 Aqua Butterfly Valve is designed specifically for water applications. The Type 563 Aqua butterfly valve operates at pressures of up to 150PSI and can handle temperatures from 32°F to 142°F. The wetted inner body is made of PVC with EPDM seals. Because of the plastic body, the Aqua valve is lightweight and installs easily between flanges. The Aqua valve is compatible with ANSI and DIN flanges and is available from 2 to 12 inches. The Q-ring seals allow the valve to be installed without additional gaskets.

GF Signet 9900        Transmitter

The GF Signet 9900 transmitter provides a single channel interface for many different parameters including Flow, pH/ORP, Conductivity/Resistivity, Salinity, Pressure, Temperature, Level and other sensors that output a 4 to 20 mA signal. The extra large (3.90" x 3.90") auto-sensing backlit display features "at-a-glance" visibility that can be viewed at 4-5 times the distance over traditional transmitters. The highly illuminated display and large characters reduce the risk of misreading or misinterpreting the displayed values. The display shows separate lines for units, main and secondary measurements as well as a "dial-type" digital bar graph.

The GF Signet 2537 paddlewheel flow meter is the next generation in fluid measurement technology from the inventor of the original paddlewheel flow meter. The 2537 flow meter is an improvement on the industry standard. Additionally, the GF Signet 2537 paddlewheel flow meter offers low flow, low power, and high resolution and can be configured onsite directly through the built-in user interface.

GF Signet 9900-1BC Batch Controller

The GF Signet 9900-1BC Batch Controller system provides control capability and process fine tuning in a familiar package. The programming interface uses a four-button keypad and an intuitive menu for adjusting a batching system to the best performance possible. Choose between simple or advanced modes. In simple mode, relay outputs can be used for batching, external counter, missing signal alarm and 4 to 20 mA output can be used to indicate batch status. In advanced mode relays can also be used for end of batch pulse, two-stage shutdown, overrun alarm, high flow detection, total volume or source volume alarm.

This valve is based on the type 543 ball valve and the EA25 electric actuator. GF Signet 2581 FlowtraMag Magnetic Flow Meter

The GF Signet 2581 FlowtraMag Magnetic Flow Meter is a full-bore plastic PVC in line style magnetic flow Meter. The PVC body with Titanium or Hastelloy C electrodes has no moving parts, and is two to three times lighter in weight compared to traditional metal magmeters on the market. It is designed for high accuracy flow measurement in short pipe runs, making it an ideal solution for industrial applications where performance and ease of use are important. The flow meter provides three different outputs; field selectable frequency or digital (S3L) as well as analog 4 to 20 mA in both passive and active configuration. The GF Config Tool Bluetooth app supports iOS and Android for simple on-the-fly user configuration with in with instantaneous flow reading.

GF Signet 2734-2736 pH/ORP Electrodes

The GF Signet 2734-2736 pH / ORP electrodes have a large area PTFE reference junction, salt bridge and reference electrode that are constructed to increase the total reference effectiveness, resist chemical attack, and ensure long service life. The DryLoc connector with corrosion resistant gold plated contacts readily connects the sensor to the mating 2750 sensor electronics.

GF Signet 2630 Free Chlorine Sensor

The GF Signet 2630 Amperometric Chlorine electrode is designed to measure free chlorine in drinking water and wastewater treatment applications. The electrodes are available with a measurement range of 0 to 5 ppm. This electrode requires the Signet 2650 amperometric electronics module to communicate with the Signet 8630 chlorine transmitter. Utilizing smart-sensor technology, the 2630 has a unique embedded memory chip and can communicate a wide variety of information to the Signet 2650 electronics and Signet 8630-3 Transmitter.



Georg Fischer Type 523 Ball Valve

The Georg Fischer Type 523 Ball Valve is ideal solution where precise flow control is needed. It has a special V-notch ball and operates with a 180º turn versus a 90º turn most ball valves have. The Type 523 has an integrated scale to indicate degrees of opening and provides a very linear flow curve. Polypropylene, PVDF, and PVC are the available materials (CPVC and ABS on request).
