2100 Turbine Sensor
Engineered specifically for small diameter applications, the +GF+ SIGNET 2100 Turbine Flow Sensor provides accurate readings in two flow ranges: 0.1 to 1 gpm and 0.8 to 10 gpm (metric conversion: 0.3 to 3.8 lpm and 3 to 38 lpm). The injection-molded PVDF body and ceramic bearings provide excellent chemical compatibility and long service in dosing and batching applications. Union piping and tubing connections along with removable NEMA 4X electronics allow for easy assembly and field replaceability. The 2100 can be used with 1/4", 3/8" or 1/2" tubing, or 1/2" piping for installation flexibility. End connections are available in PVDF for hose barbs, flare ends, fusion socket or IR/butt fusion, and in PVC for socket or NPT thread.
|
| Features:
Connection to rigid pipe or tubing unaffected by mounting angles
PVDF & ceramic wetted parts provide superior chemical compatibility
Low and High Flow rate capability
Both clear and opaque fluids
Compatible with most +GF+ SIGNET flow instrumentation

2000 MicroFlow Sensor
The +GF+ SIGNET 2000 MicroFlow Sensor is constructed from PPS which provides high material strength. The 2000 offers two flow ranges starting at 0.03 or 0.7 gpm, for clean process liquids, regardless of fluid color or opacity. This sensor can be connected to flexible tubing or rigid pipe, and uses standard hardware for mounting. Only one moving part and a low pressure drop across the sensor reduces operating costs and maintenance requirements.
|
Features:
Two flow ranges available
0.11 to 2.6 lpm (0.03 to 0.7 gpm)
1.13 to 12.11 lpm (0.3 to 3.2 gpm)
Simple Mounting
1/4 in. NPT or ISO threads for simple pipe or tubing connection
Measures clear and dark liquids

2507 Mini Flow Sensor
The +GF+ SIGNET 2507 Mini Flow Sensor contains a free-running rotor that is driven by the fluid flow. Within the given measurement range, the rotational speed of the rotor is proportional to the fluid flow rate. Permanent magnets built into the rotor actuate an electronic switch in the top of the sensor generating a square-wave output signal proportional to flow rate. Both opaque and transparent fluids can be measured from 0.2 to 20.0 centistokes.

| Features:
Compact Assembly
Simple Installation
1/4" Threaded Connection
Detachable Signal Connector
PVDF Construction
Four Flow Ranges
